It's an all-in-one cooler, maintenance free (other than giving the fan/radiator a dust once or twice a year)Hello, I'm currently having a custom build being made however I realised I have put the PCS frostflow 120 which is water cooled.
I have a couple of questions about it,. 1. How do I know that the water needs changing?
2. How do I change the water?
Hope you can help
Thankyou, I thought with it being hydro cooled, it needs the water changing, I'm new to this lolIt's an all-in-one cooler, maintenance free (other than giving the fan/radiator a dust once or twice a year)
For gaming, would the 120 be enough or would the 240 be a better option? No, these are closed loop and don't require the faffing about of a traditional liquid cooled system. Much better!
What's the rest of the spec, please? If you can paste that over from your order page that'll help us advise the best option for youFor gaming, would the 120 be enough or would the 240 be a better option?

If you're doing really mammoth sessions then the CoolerMaster MasterLiquid 240 might be a worthwhile upgrade, if you've got the extra pennies...Even if I game heavily?
What I'd mammoth sessions lolIf you're doing really mammoth sessions then the CoolerMaster MasterLiquid 240 might be a worthwhile upgrade, if you've got the extra pennies...
Either way, I'd dfinitely get the Coolermaster, the PCS ones aren't much better than the stock coolers. What I'd mammoth sessions lol
Would the coolermaster hyper 212 black edition be better than the frostflow 120? I'm still wanting plenty of fans but not overspend that's allIf you're doing really mammoth sessions then the CoolerMaster MasterLiquid 240 might be a worthwhile upgrade, if you've got the extra pennies...
That's a normal air cooler.Would the coolermaster hyper 212 black edition be better than the frostflow 120? I'm still wanting plenty of fans but not overspend that's all
What would you suggest that I do, I'm wanting a decent cooler that won't break the bank, I'd be happy to amend my order via £5 or at least have a different fan setup where it's quiet too, Grrrr this is stressful lolThat's a normal air cooler.
Coolermaster would be my choice. What would you suggest that I do, I'm wanting a decent cooler that won't break the bank, I'd be happy to amend my order via £5 or at least have a different fan setup where it's quiet too, Grrrr this is stressful lol
Which one specifically? And would it be only a £5 over?Coolermaster would be my choice.
The coolermaster 240.Which one specifically? And would it be only a £5 over?
Is it the same as the frostflow meaning that you dont need to do anything with it like re filling the liquid? The coolermaster 240.
