PCS FrostFlow 120 Series ARGB High Performance Liquid Cooler

Hi

First time in decades I didn't build my PC, absolutely delighted, delivered Friday. Great to have someone else do the cable management.
I question though, I never used water cooling before, and I didn't realise I had ordered one this time.
Seems great 12700K on stock stressed 70c max idles 25/28c.
The question I have is the block is obviously on the CPU, case is a Fractal Meshify 2. Radiator is on the back (higher) but the cables are on the top? (of the radiator)
Should they be on the bottom? it seems to work fine and is silent.

...and it's not water, it's a non-conductive liquid...which is much safer if it leaks.
