Has anyone had any success using the PC Specialist LiveZilla chat option ?

I have tried twice now, waiting for over an hour , when it says I am next in the queue and the wait time is 1 minute !!!

I am starting to wonder if this is a facility that is offered but is not really available ?

Anyone had any positive experiences using it please and does it work ?

It does work and it was very helpful before and during the processing of my order. I assume the availability of the live chat depends on how busy they are.

I have had it work once when I tried first thing in the morning and basically didnt have much of a wait.

I have tried 3 times this afternoon without any success.

I am going to keep this going I think.

I logged on to it at 14.31.59
It has been saying I am first in the queue for the last hour.
It's now 15.37 ........

If that is the case Corfate , why offer the facility ?

I am definitely first in the queue now LOLOL, or have been since about 15.00

Waited in que 3 times in the last 2 weeks for over an hour, being the first one in line, never got an answer. 1st time I was told to be patient and the next rep will be connected to me. Next thing I see the rep has left the chat. No note that he/she even joined.

PCS are on live chat when their staff arent working, Phoning is the best option to get hold of them. When someone has a spare hour they will go on live chat. Its more of a luxury than a full option of support.

If that is true its ludicrous. You dont have a front-line means of support which you randomly dont answer as all you do is waste the customers time and **** them off, there is no mention on the site that its not considered anything but a proper means of contacting PCS.

I wouldn't mind BUT it kept saying

I would have preferred the live chat option to not be available .
Then I would have to call.

I am afraid it wasn't a luxury for me today.

PCS have stated time and time again on the forums that it is not their primary way of contacting them and is placed behind phone and email, and i believe they have also said that its only when someone is available, so if the phone lines are constantly busy there isn't going to be anyone

I guess they could do with one guy dedicated to the live chat and then helped out by others when they are available

I am a new customer to PCS and new to this forum also, so I have no idea what they have stated before, sorry.
I just saw it as a good facility to use and was disappointed at the lack of response.

You are right, having a dedicated person backed up by others who could support them , would be
a better way of providing the facility to their customers
