I currently have a PCSpecialist system (about 10 yrs old) It has served me very well hence coming back for an upgraded system as per below. I've been through the forums for recommendations etc and this is what I came up with.

My current Monitor (which I don't want to change if possible) - SAMSUNG SyncMaster T240HD 1920x1200 Resolution.
Needed for Gaming (Football Manager, COD, GTA, Pathalogic 2, Outer Worlds etc), Music and streaming. A lot of the games I want don't run properly anymore on my HD5700 VGA and upgrade for my Mobo is restrictive and expensive.
Budget up to £2500
I'm getting on a bit now (60+) so want a system that's going to last me a while as I think gaming in earnest will start to take a back seat as far as I'm concerned but for the moment want a Graphics card that is relatively near future proof.
And the wife like "quiet" hence case and fans etc, if you could recommend anything to make it quieter if needed please do so.

The 3070 will be way overkill for that monitor, the 3060 will handle everything on that screen. Likewise the motherboard and cooling is overkill as well for that CPU so saved you some money there.

Changed your storage so you have 500GB fastest drive for your OS, 1 M.2 drive for games and a HDD for everything else. The built in sound is also good already so the card isn't needed.

Added silver warranty for a fiver.

If you wanted a 3070 GPU you could add it to that build with no issue and upgrade to a 1440p 144htz monitor and keep within your £2500 budget.

If that setup is going to keep me going for a few years yet then that's great thank you. How about noise though as I see you took away the "quiet" stuff too.

The B-quiet case would be quieter for sure, however air flow is more restricted than the 5000X. But given that an AIO will be used for the CPU that will negate some of the needed air flow.

That B-quiet case is fine if noise if a big factor for you but expect that it might run hotter
