Hiya, is this a PCSpecialist system? Could you post your full specs from the order page?
I don't have the order page but I fan get the rest of the specs 16gb hyperx ddr4 ram it's I think 2400mhz, it's a 1060 6gb 240gb Kingston ssd and a 2tb Toshiba hdd also I added a few hdds of my own around 6 months ago

Doesn’t sound like a PCS system by the look of those specs. Hardware advice cannot be offered on self or competitor builds, try Tom’s Hardware which is an open forum.
I mean I got it from there in like 2017 or 2018. And it's branded
If that’s the case, follow these instructions and that will allow you to post your full system spec.

You’ve only partially listed the spec, having access to the whole spec is really helpful. Only having a few components listed is not conducive to troubleshooting.
You should still have access to your account, try using password recovery if you can’t remember.
I cant but, I've listed all the specs I'm very confused?

There are about 30 separate components to a build and about 20 could factor in to an issue of this type, we really need the full specs of the build to be able to effectively troubleshoot.
Why can’t you log in? On the main PC Specialist home page, click on the menu icon, at the bottom is the log in option. If you can’t remember your log in details, you can use password recovery to reset things.
