Plugged in, not charging

I bought a laptop in November 2021 (~5 months ago) and it's been working fine but since yesterday it suddenly stopped charging properly. It was doing 1-2% per hour even when plugged in this morning, and now it's not charging at all, just says "plugged in" rather than plugged in and charging.
I tried some alternative charging cables I happened to have, and sockets in different houses, but it's still the same.

Is it possible to take the battery out of a Lafite? I don't want to void the warranty. I'm at a loss as to what the next steps are.

If you install HWMonitor it has a battery wear reading, that will tell you if it's a dud battery or a problem with the charger.

I had the same problem with a Elimina purchased late last year. Had to be returned to PCS who replaced the battery.
