I've had four laptops out of PC Specialist in recent years. Two have developed faults. The first I gave up on sending back to them (power supply issues where the connector wasn't fitted to the board properly). The second died in less than three months. Weeks waiting for repair. Endless waits on the phone. No useful updates by email.
Why yes, I'm really unhappy with this. Expensive laptops should not just die and then be left waiting for updates.
