Port Replicator for Proteus 6 Laptop (RTX 2070)

Hi there,

This is my first post. I'm new to Laptop gaming so am not clued up on the newest port connectivity standards.

I'm looking into getting a port replicator for my Proteus 6, once it arrives from PCS, but I'm not sure what is possible. I know that Thunderbolt 3 port replicators don't use their own GPU they use the laptops GPU and pass it through (EG the CalDigit TS3 Plus), but the Proteus 6 doesn't have thunderbolt 3, its USB-C 3.1.

Is the Proteus 6's USB 3.1 port sufficient to make it work or is there not enough bandwidth?

I have a 2K 120mhz monitor that I want to make full use of and I'm looking to only need to plug in 1 USB-C cable in my office. Is such a thing is possible. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.
