Hi all
I've had my laptop for a week or so now, on the right of the laptop is a USB2 port which works fine. However on the left i have two USB3 ports (I think - they're blue), when I plug in my pen drive the light flashes but it wont appear in my computer, similarly when I plug in my iPod it will charge but not appear in Itunes and my usb mouse wont work in them either, when plugged into the USB2 port all three work fine..
Can some one please advise me how to fix this problem? Many thanks
