On September 15 it goes into production and on the same day it goes into testing.
On September 22, it was still in testing. It had already been 13 working days. Tired of waiting and without any news, I send them an email where I ask for explanations about the order. This is their answer the next day:
...sorry to hear about the delays with the order as the system is an overclocked build this is normal for a system to be delayed especially with being a overclocked Threadripper. I have spoken to the testing team and they have confirmed that the system is going through another test tonight and if no issue should be dispatched by the end of the week.
....
But on September 25, it was still in testing. So I email them again to ask what is going on:
...
Here is the note from the testing technician –

We are having issues with 3600mhz RAM and AMD cpu's, not being able to run at full speed with 3466mhz being the highest we've had stable. We have no fix at the moment. Either the ram needs to be changed to 3200mhz or if the customer is happy with 3466mhz then we can provide the machine at this speed.

I answer them with an email the same day "...I propose changing the RAM from '64GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3600MHz (8 x 8GB)' to '128GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3200MHz (8 x 16GB)'. What would be the price difference?"

On the morning of the 28th I still haven't received any response so I contacted them via chat and we agreed to change the memory to "64GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3200MHz (4 x 16GB)" because the change to 128 GB was DKK 1.685 more (I live in Denmark) and I can't afford it.

Today is September 29th and the status of my order remains the same: "in testing".
It's been 18 working days and the order hasn't even been shipped and I still have no idea when it will be sent.

I think they should update the deadlines in "Delivery Information". I also think they bite off more than they can chew. Not to mention that they still offer this combination of CPU + Motherboard + RAM, when they have proven that they cannot do so:

I found this website very professional and it allowed me a personalization of the PC (and options) that others do not allow in the country where I currently live (Denmark). I asked for a loan to be able to buy this computer and I was very excited about it but now I am very disappointed.
I hope they send it tomorrow. It seems to me a lack of respect and professionalism what is happening.

I know that to be a first message is very negative and long, but I needed to vent and I hope that the team of PCSpecialist read it and are aware that they should make changes to fit the reality.

With respect to one of your points, if you contacted them on the 25th and hadn’t heard anything by the 28th there’s a very good chance because that’s a Friday and a Monday. Their working hours are standard business so there wouldn’t have been anyone available for the weekend to field your question. I believe that info is stated fairly clearly on the website. Due to the global Covid crisis and more people needing systems to work from home with they’re busier than ever so email responses are taking longer to get back to. We’ve generally been advising people to use live chat to speak to an agent during business hours as you’re likely to get a response within five minutes or so. It’s a shame you didn’t post here earlier so we could have pointed you in that direction much sooner. I understand this must be frustrating for you and I hope it’s resolved to your satisfaction soon 🙂👍

The BSOD Doctor
And it's an overclocked build which naturally require more testing. I'm sure you'd rather wait and receive a stable PC rather than have it rushed out and be plagued with BSODs.
