Production Times. (How long has it took others to get through the production stage?)

Hello, I've recently brought a PC though PC Specialists and wondered how everyone else got on with their production and delivery stages?

I've been told before that some orders had been delivered three weeks after the production commenced.

Can anyone share their experiences with me to give me a rough idea of a timeframe?

Thank you in advance.:)

Thank you for your prompt response!

This has to be the best way I've seen someone provide me with information.😁

As I thought, normally the last stages fly-by, as I expected. Just curiousity was killing me.

Thank you again for your help and time.

It can vary of course - you'll have had an estimate with your order. PCS seemed to get through orders really fast earlier in the month (I wonder whether they had increased capacity to handle all the new hardware releases recently?) well ahead of their estimates. But it will depend. As above, pre-production is the longest stage which just means your order is sitting in a queue with other customers' systems who ordered before you being built first.

I was surprised how fast the Building/Testing phase went.

We had works done in the production hall, actually, we did get a new floor and couldn't use some of the workbenches. But it's all sorted now and we're slowly but surely picking up more and more orders (and doing overtime), to not only get rid of the backlog but also be in a good position for the looming holidays 🎄
