Ok I have chosen this spec becuase I want something that will last a long time and capable of playing games that will be releasing in next few years without and problems while playing and also for my media work. Although it would be nice to cut it down a little.
Only one more month till pay day and i'll have it on order :p but till then suggestions please;).

Oh I plan on getting more Ram in the near future and the graphics card I will buy another when price drops a little and duel them(SLI).

Do you plan on oc'ing this rig? If not that 2k mhz Ram is uber overkill :p The asus r3 is also primarily an oc board - only one internal usb header btw!

V nice choice on 1000w psu for future gtx480 sli :)

Oh I went for 2 1TB Caviar Green hardrives becuase I noticed most reviews seem to show that they are more stable then a single 2TB version one better safe then sorry.

If I wasent to go for a pure oc ram and motherboard what would you suggest? always nice to know might drop price(hopefully).

If you're not overclocking It would be a better idea to go with the stable 1333mhz RAM and the ASUS® P6X58D-E motherboard. It supports USB 3.0, SATA 6.0GB/S, up to 24GB of RAM and can support 2 GTX480's in SLI so you're not really losing out on anything just saving money.

I chosen higher ram becuase the other ram I had option of I could only pick 2 x 4gb, 4 x4gb ram etc. Will this system be more hten capable of playing Crysis, bioshock and other high end games on Max settings without crappy FPS well lag?
