Pros/cons of mini PC v regular PC

I have limited desk space and would like a mini PC but have been advised that I'd be better getting a regular case as it'll have more slots to ensure I'm better able to future-proof my kit.

As I will want to use it for extensive photoshop cs5/lightroom, I've also been advised to go down the i5/sandygate route with a good graphics card and about 1tb hd.

Also need to know whether your monitors also include speakers as I dont want more desk clutter.

Thanks

Mini PCs are good BUT the biggest downside to them is future upgrade potential. If you ordered one from us with a Sandy Bridge CPU & a GT430 Graphics Card then there would be no room for extra PCI Cards etc - basically you're stuck with what you get.

However, we do have Micro ATX cases available which fits normal desktop components in, see here - http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/computers/intel-sandy-bridge-pc/

The £14 Enigma Case at the top, click on it and you'll see the dimensions, would that fit on your desk?

Finally, our current stock of Monitors do not have speakers built into them.
