Put my own HDD into the Secondary HDD bay

How do I remove the metal shield thing in the Secondary HDD bay on the Vortex III? So I can put my own SDD there as at the moment is empty.]

EDIT: There is a litte thing I can slide either left or right. Can not pulling it up.

I got a few other questions too:
How do I know that when I play games they are using my 7970M? When will there be an official driver for them, and what is the closest one. My Laptop didn't come with a GPU driver. I installed the one from the all-around Driver CD but that don't see like the CCC I recognize.

Also how do I know my CPU is going into Turbo Mode? When I play games, and alt tab and run Speccy, it still says 2.30GHz...


Also now there is a random black screen of 10ish seconds that didnt use to be there between my Windows 7 logo on startup and Loging in screen...

Thats the DVD drive there, push it outwards and this gives you access to the 2nd HDD area...

Okay finally phoned up technical support and got some answers.
In the user manual page 123 it tells you how to open the 2nd HDD bay. I used the manua from the CD.
Turbo Boost only comes on when its needed. Can't control it as such.
And the black screen between Windows Logo is due to the graphics card switching between the inbuilt and GPU so maybe a better driver will soon fix that.
