Question about laptop specs and World of Warcraft

Hi guys.
I'm running a Lenovo G500 and my specs are as follows;

Intel Core i3-3130M 2.6 GHz clock speed
8GB DDR3 RAM
Intel HD 4000 Graphics card
1TB hard drive

I'd like to know if these specs are adequate enough to run World of Warcraft + expansions at a reasonable FPS? (30±)
