I do not work for PCS so cant give an 'official' response to your request. However...

I bought my rig from PCS and have had no problems with it so far. All of my dealings with PCS have been very positive and I have found them a good company to deal with personally.

For other opinions

There are many reviews on there (good and bad) and the overall oppinion is that PCS is a solid company.

Also if you take a look around these forums you will find many reviews about people's experiences. You will be able to find both the good and the bad on this site as PCS do not delete any reviews. Again, most of the reviews are positive on the whole (or end up positive due to the actions of PCS 'fixing' whatever issue had occured).

Not sure if that answers your query though? Can you be more specific, are you looking at a PC or a Laptop or All-In-One?

Well PCS are about 10 years old, and I'm on my second PC from them, third near year, and I've had no issues and when I've chatted to them they've always been helpful.

No matter what company you look at, there will always be some bad reviews out there just because its impossible for any company to make 100% of its customers happy.

It is true, some PC's do arrive at their destination with some damage, this is however the risk of buying stuff online where it has to be transported, and no matter what courier company they use, there are always some that get damaged, however, any that get damaged generally get sorted quickly once PCS have been informed about said damage.

I've never had to get anything sorted that has broken from their PC's but I have heard numerous good stories about PCS's customer service and how they deal with RMA's

All-in-all, I'd recommend PCS to my friends and as I said, I'll be ordering from them again next year

Like Rakk and Steaky have both said, you will find negative reviews about any company no matter where you look. What you'll mostly find is the complaints you see are in the minority. Most people who receive their product in perfect condition will not really make a big deal of it. If someone receives a product that is broken at all, they'll be straight on the forums and on every review site shouting about how terrible the company is. What you don't see is that for every 1 of those negative reviews, there could be 99 happy customers who haven't said a word about their order. Therefore I'm not saying PCS are guaranteed to give you a perfect experience, I'm just saying the chances are you will be satisfied :) And if there is a problem, I guarantee PCS will work quickly to fix it!

From my personal experience, I had no problems with my order :) The wait was horrible but they pretty much met the estimated timeframe they gave me so I can't complain x) What I will say is they do seem to be very busy leading up to Christmas so maybe take their order estimates lightly and not as law! Also if you are quite impatient I'd recommend fast-tracking your order! I was given a 9-11 working day estimate and it was dispatched on the 12th day and I received it on the 13th. Not everyone is so lucky and some orders can even take up to 30 days. It might be worth paying that extra if you are a little anxious about it arriving before christmas.

From what I have read on the forums any time there has been a complaint PCS have responded very swiftly and to the satisfaction of both.

My own experiences have been great, quality product, good communication of the process and good delivery.
