Quietest notebook configuration

I'm looking for the quietest/coolest configuration so not to worried about speed. The quad cores are rated at 45w TDP and the dual cores at 35w TDP so my thoughts are as follows:-
Optimus 11 17.3" basic configuration with
dual core i5 2520m or i7 2640m(latter dearer than i7 2670qm)
Arctic cooling MX-3 thermal paste
62.16wh battery


Appreciate any comments

The Optimus II is a very quiet laptop with the fan is not operating. The fan will come on when gaming or doing intensive tasks though. It no noisier than any other model of this specification.

Thanks for quick reply PCS- but the question was is configuration going to be quieter with dual core platform rather than with quad core because of the lower TDP of the dual core. I am hoping to place order this week but I want to get this right.

Yes - the lower the TDP the less heat that will be produced.

My quad core i7 runs silent most of the time until you fire up a game or something. When I push the processor I can still hear a pin drop..
