Since the Pc Specialist support is practically non-existent (they haven't answered me since last week)
Hi. Just a friendly reminder, let’s not get into badmouthing PCS tech support. They do fine work and although you’ve not had a response, there could well be many circumstances contributing to this. The forum is not a place to be defamatory to them.

It’d be a beautiful world if they could get back to you within seconds but sadly circumstances will always apply. They have a finite amount of staff who are qualified to assist you, they have more new customers (some of whom require the most basic and time consuming help) than ever thanks to our COVID lockdown lifestyles, and if you emailed them you’re quite simply in a vast queue to be answered. If you need a quick response, it’s always preferable to call them.

I’ve only had one occasion where I required their tech support but they were extremely helpful and fixed my issue whilst on the call.

I would urge you to either be patient, or pick up the phone if you’re needing help more rapidly.

Which number did you call on? The Italian number or the UK one?

Italian. And, sorry not to mention iit before....my complaints are for Italian support ONLY!
Okay, well that’s a little more understandable then. Unfortunately they don’t have a physical base in Italy, it’s a smattering of staff here in the UK that can speak Italian. So there’s physically less people able to assist with enquiries from Italian customers. I am able to appreciate your frustration a little more knowing that.

However, rest assured that you have not been forgotten about, I’m sure they will assist as soon as they can. If you speak English well, you may be able to get support quicker that way.

I agree...I'll wait the next day and, if they not answer me yet, I'll write directly to UK support

Just use the webchat, email on any domain is not advised, it's always recommended to call or use the webchat.
@SpyderTracks I used the webchat. They told me to wait 72 hour since my email and I'll receive an answer 100%.
Yesterday 72 hours has passed (I wrote on 30 Nov h 11:27), but no trace of an answer by tech support.
So I used the webchat again: they told me that the webchat is for sales advicecs only and that they can't help me
I'll keep on be very disappointed...

I've merged all your posts together as you're posting in multiple places and hence getting confused information.

Just stick to the one thread please.

The memory issue is not an issue, it's a bug with CPU-Z

The temperature issue, on reviewing your initial temps, I'm not sure there's any problem actually, those appear quite normal.

I do confirm: I have the MUX setting in my CC, and I swithced as suggested, the reboot.
But...nothing changes on the benchmark results \ temperatures :(
Try to go on BIOS (press f2) and look if the mux switch is really on. Maybe the CC is not working correctly. What's the version of your CC?

@SpyderTracks, and regarding performances? It is undoubtful that, considering my system specs, my performances are really low and below configurations with lower video cards and processors.

Regarding temperatures, in the first thread's page I didn't use HWinfo, you can find them in the other pages, i.e. (and CPU temp worries me in particular)

If you're worried about temps then the first thing you need to do is repaste as already advised.

I'm on Win 11 Home 64 bit
Checked the BIOS and was corectly setted on dGPU only
I do confirm: no noticeable changes on performaces and temperatures
Are you sure that you have the CC for W11? Because I've the 3.1.35.0 and I'm on W10. Where do you download the CC?

It was already installed on my notebook when I received. Before you ask it, it was not the Windows pc Specialist test OS, I bought Win 11 license in the order and when I received the notebook and first powered up I followed all the installation procedure of Windows. At the end I found CC in the tray

I'm not saying that you've done something wrong. It just to try to understand if all is configured properly.
However if I were you I'd call or send an email to PCS asking if the cc you have is correct for W11.
