Random Reboots

Hey everyone

I received a PC specialist mini PC as a Christmas gift and a few weeks ago I started to get random reboots, I tried all the normal steps such as anti virus / malware scans and checking the all latest drivers but continued. I decided to backup all my data and perform a fresh install from the media supplied from PC specialist but this has continued.

I hope someone here can give advice on the 2 crash reports I have

It looks like that could be a RAM issue or another hardware conflict.

If you have a spare USB then I would recommend using memtest86 to check there is no memory faults.

Steps to use it are below.

The RAM looks to be faulty I am afraid.

I would recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. If you feel comfortable changing RAM then they might be able to advance replace the RAM. If not then they will be able to advise you the steps to follow to get it back to us.

Hi

i have spoken with them and arranged for new ram to be delivered tomorrow and the old ram to be returned. I will post an update in a few days if this has solved the issue.

thanks
