I would suggest amending your post to include the following:

- Intended uses (ie gaming, vidoe or photo editing etc)
- Monitor being used
- Maximum budget

All of that will help people identify the best system for you
Gaming and general computing. 144hz monitor 1080p 4k ready budget is 1000 gbp

Wait, the monitor is 1080p 144hz and 4k ready?!

A monitor that is 4k capable and 144hz is going to be at least £800, many in the £1500 range.

Just to be clear on the monitor before we go posting specs :)

Monitor was second hand from an auction. I it was less than 400gbp I was incredibly lucky

As above, I've no idea what this monitor is and it's not possible to give sensible advice without knowing. What's the model number? Usually written on the back

In general terms
The CPU and mobo are very bad value
No real point to 1660 ti vs 1660 Super
Buying a cheap case with limited airflow and adding fans isn't as good as buying a better case to begin with
1TB HDD makes more sense even if adding own storage as 500gb HDD is pretty useless and little cheaper
550W PSU would open more upgrade options

But can't really comment on the overall fit of the system without knowing the monitor pairing.
