Good support, the device works really good and it has a beautiful presentation, the only issue they built in the wrong keyboard (after i paid for the qwerty keyboard layout they sent me the azerty one) and only option i had was bring the computer back to them or i had to change it for myself.

Hi Steaky360, yes is from PcEspecialist (you can make zoom in the first image and see the logo) and yes, in the website you can change the keyboard layout, you have to pay for it because is not an standard featured.

I think @FedMos just means it's a custom spec rather than pre configured.
You can just make out the PCS logo on the lid of the first picture in the center.
