Thanks I will try, I just created the account now and I have insufficient privileges to post there at the moment.

No undervolt, Gaming mode, high performance, with fan boost on
CPU yields thermal throttling in HWinfo it averages 60C but hits 96C
GPU performance limit - power and max operating voltage averages 54C but hits 60C

Some 3-5 fps, utterly rubbish. Is all this expected? Or should we contact PCS? Maybe we got some faulty batch

It's possible it's on an older BIOS that's limiting the power output to the graphics card, I doubt it's an issue with the build itself.

I would definitely give PCS a call and point them to this thread. It shouldn't be operating that way and they'll either know why or look to address it going forward.

Same EC Version, Tomorrow I will Contact PCS

It's also possibly the management software on the laptop, check those are the same versions, on clevo chassis, it's control center, not sure what it is on that laptop.

Yes, one of them is the management software that controls the fans, profiles and lights on the keyboard.

Make sure that's the latest version and the same as the other users (sorry, can't see the name atm).

That may well govern voltage controls for the graphics. The Clevo one certainly does.

Same. Can you switch to office mode then go to Power Settings in Gaming Center and then click Advanced Settings and then Power Level on the left, make sure you're on Standard. That's the last possible option I think

Oh and I use Equilibrium mode in System Monitor

When I enable power saving in game center the gpu clock is reaching 1500Mhz of course with bad fps and locks on 57ºc temperature as normal because uses low power profile.

Maybe is an issue between intel hd graphics and the nvidia ones

What about Equilibrium? That's what I use, make sure you haven't got Eco mode selected too as I said before, should be Standard. Just trying to make sure you have everything configured the same as me before assuming it's hardware related

My Own w10 install, but When arrived with the pcspecialist W10 they use for testing the gaming center power settings were the same
