Recoil II 2060 RTX - Nvidia Control Panel not installed

I've had the Laptop for three weeks now and I've just noticed that Nvidia Control Panel is not installed.

It is not available on the right click dialog when clicking the desktop.

It is not available in Control Panel.

The .exe is not in either Program File directory. It it not available anywhere on the system.

I have removed and reinstalled the drivers and Geforce Experience software multiple times and it is still not installed.

I found an Nvidia Control Panel app on the Windows Store but all this gives me is the option to set the Physx renderer.

Anyone have any ideas how to get the proper Control Panel installed? With this and the missing Audio software I'm starting to think I've had the wrong image installed during production.

No it does not.

As far as I can tell NVCP is not on the system anywhere. I've done a full system search for the program name and it does not exist. Searching online seems to indicate it is to do with the OEM drivers being used and Microsoft moving the Control Panel App to the Windows Store. The version I can get from there is extremely limited as listed above.
