Recommendation - Help me

This is my first desktop, I have always had laptops, and console for gaming

I don't really care about the graphics that much, so medium graphics settings on the games is fine, however I want to run as smooth as possible

I usually like emulating as well, so I will be using to play ps2, wii, wii u and so on. Also want to play the new forza if possible.

What do you think of the build in the attachement?

Any help is welcome, my budget is about 2000 eur after taxes
