Recording PC gameplay

I've been pointed towards http://www.fraps.com/ as a good program to record gameplay on PC. Anyone got anything better programs that they use?

Fraps is pretty much the top dog tbh, it doesn't compress the files either which means it wont effect game performance as much as others, but you will have massive files.

files can be compressed after with ease with windows movie maker.
