Removing vocals of an original track.

Alright everybody,

I'm getting married in September and my misses wants to walk down the isle to Diana Ross (endless love) but just the instrumental version, the problem is that I can't find it anywhere, it's not on any of her albums or downloads however it is on YouTube.
So now for my question, is there any way to edit out the vocals on the original track without loosing any of the quality?
I mean it's got to be flawless for reasons stated or does anybody happen to know another way to get hold of the track.
