Replacing parts on the Vortex III, how easy is it??

I was just wondering what parts of the vortex III are easy to change/upgrade. I'm assuming the RAM and Battery are easy enough, along with the Hard Drive maybe? but how easy is it to say replace the graphics card on the Vortex III?? and the CPU?

Also, I'd like to know how many RAM card slots there are for the Vortex III??
