[Request] £770 Budget to build gaming PC

Hi guys, I was recommended to check this forum and the retail website out after requesting help in purchasing a new PC.

However, I'm not very computer literate. I understand basic things about CPUs, GPUs and RAM. However, everything else is an absolute nightmare for myself.

Now, I'm not looking for a PC that can play everything on ultra high settings with no problems. Looking at a medium-high setting. The PC must include a monitor, keyboard and mouse. So if anyone's willing to help me create a list, I would be very grateful.

Cheers!

I managed to make mine for £700, but that was without a monitor, keyboard or mouse. I had:
AMD PHENOM II X4 970 (3.50GHz/8MB CACHE/AM3) - BLACK EDITION
8GB SAMSUNG DDR3 DUAL-DDR3 1333MHz (2 X 4GB)
1GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 560 Ti - 2 DVI,HDMI,VGA - 3D Vision Ready
750GB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD7502AAEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm)
600W Quiet 80 PLUS Quad Rail PSU + 120mm Case Fan

Hope this helps!

4Gb ram is plenty especially for gaming and managing the pc smoothly. it can be upgraded to a later date it needed. the 6870 comes in par with the 560ti and at times better and is cheaper.

i would just only recommend a better case like the t900.

Yeah the only reason I went for the 4gb ram is because it was only a little bit extra money, so I thought why not? It might come in handy in the future I guess.
