Hello! My sister's new computer arrived from PCspecialist. Its the same build as mine and i managed to get mine working fine. However hers will not display anything on a monitor. We've tried DVI and HDMI and we've tried different cables and three different monitors but there is nothing. The same monitors work with my computer.

Other unusual things about her computer is that the AMD CPU fan is not spinning but its lights are on. It also came with three spare DVI to Thunderbolt/mini display ( i think) adapters when it is a DP connection. My computer came with a DP to DVI adapter and worked, so I'm assuming there is something wrong with the information with this computer, why did they think it needed three of the same DVI to thunderbolt adapter when it doesn't even have those? one other difference between mine and hers is that i got a more expensive case but i don't think that would make a difference.

Also the set up information says you should not turn it off until set up is complete, seeing as we cant even begin set up because we cant connect it to a monitor does this still apply? will windows set up fail if we turn it off?

Is it definitely plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard?

what monitor connection is she using? Is the monitor set to the correct input?

you shouldn’t need any adapters, they’re just spare cables.

Yep it was all connected and in working order, ended up being a broken RAM stick preventing the computer from booting. Asked for a replacement in the mail c: thanks for the help!
