Return Happening

Hello, I am new to the forum. I can't find where to post this. But I got my order from PC Specialist and the top panel glass was smashed to bits. My return is being picked up Monday. I was wodnering if anyone has had any returns done with PC Specialist for whatever reason and can tell me how long this will take? In the live chat they said it could be 2-3 weeks. But hoping it's sooner.

It seems 2-3 weeks before they even look at it (in my case). Plus whatever it takes to fix it and order parts if needed.
