Have you checked if the control centre is blocked by your antivirus? With my laptop I initialy approved a block suggestion from my antivirus software as I didn't know why the control centre was there; I only later found that it's there for the RGB among other things and so I was able to turn the RGB back on once I unblocked it from the firewall/antivirus.

i actually found a way to fix this problem is too if you have control center already installed and its not working then you have to go in the file location for the control center and run the file labeled unins000 which for me was found a C:\Program Files\OEM\ControlCenterU and once that application has uninstalled the control center reinstall from the downloads tab of your pc specialist account and make sure to run as administrator and then when the system restarts the RGB should be working perfectly. this may have been have been the same problem as you but i had turned off my antivirus and still nothing and didnt think to check if it was blocking it but thats what worked for me im just posting here to help anyone who may have the same problem thanks for replying though
