Was wondering, anyone who has had to return their laptop, how long does it normally take to be sent back? My laptop was picked up on 26/06/2012 due to an issue with the fingerprint scanner (they have to remove the keyboard to check that it is actually connected).

Best thing to do is to email/call PCS to request an update, looking at previous threads the time it takes varies and I assume it depends on how busy they are/how many RMAs they are working on.

My laptop took 2 weeks,That was to replace the screen and change the hardrive.

My laptop took one month and a half, that was to change the graphics card.
