RMA updated Recoil IV 15.6”

So after rma nearly 3 weeks ago, pcspecialist got back to me and said the Throttling was due to “being on office mode” please be sure to use gaming or turbo mode for proper clock speeds. Even after MULTIPLE converstions/messages and even a Video example of my issue detailing that the throttling occurs ONLY in gaming and turbo mode on the GPU. NOT cpu. So my laptop is on the way and will likely be going straight back again

That is disappointing. When you showed the video to them what was the response? I assume its along the lines of we can't replicate that fault?
