Samsung 830 Series SSD differences?

Hello all,

Thinking about adding a 256GB SSD to my PC (this will be my second SSD) and while still at the browsing stage have come across two different Samsung 830 models (both 256GB) at two differing prices. Could anyone advise me what the difference is between the following?

The second one says it is a "kit" but I don't know what that means, but at a price difference of £110 I thought Id ask someone more knowledgeable than I :)
