Hello all, I recently purchased an Elimina ProSeries laptop (see full specs below) and it has been working fine, save for an odd issue I have when using Chrome.
Sometimes when I switch tabs, the screen seems to freeze. It goes black down as far as the taskbar, which appears glitchy, and nothing updates visually. It seems to happen the most frequently when switching tabs to Youtube, especially if the video is unpaused beforehand. It still runs in the background, and I can pause the video by pressing space. Closing the laptop to put it into sleep mode fixes it every time, but as you can imagine, it's a bit annoying.
I've tried disabling streaming HDR video and checking/updating my drivers, but to no avail. Event Viewer hasn't provided any answers either.
