Screen quality on laptops

Is the screen quality on the UltraNote IV and Cosmos VI better than the new macbook pros or macbooks air's? Its difficult to understand with just the phrase:
Native/Maximum Resolution 1920 x 1080

I think the new mac book pros have a higher native resolution. I don't think it would be better but it is difficult to judge without you testing them beforehand. You could try to request the screen model and check reviews online. The price of the MacBook is probably twice as much or more for similar components compare to the ultra note or cosmos.
