Secure Boot State 'unsupported' in my new AiO PC

Hi

A couple of weeks ago I received delivery of my fab new PCS all-in-one (Vanguard III 27).
Unfortunately, it appears that Secure Boot is 'unsupported'. Not disabled, but actually unsupported.

I reached out to PCS Support directly, who suggested I go into BIOS and click the 'PCH-FW' configuration, and select PTT or Intel PTT. Unfortunately there is no PCH-FW item to choose for me. I thought it worth posting in this Forum too - if anyone can help? Thanks.

BIOS mode is UEFI. The PC has two drives (a 256GB PCS PCIe M.2 SSD for booting, and a larger 4TB Samsung 870 M2 SSD for storage).
In the BIOS set-up, there is no 'secure boot' item listed - which is strange. I am wondering if the BIOS (or UEFI) itself is correct and up to date - but I am not an expert.

I have jpg screenshots of my BIOS screens, the Disk Management screen, and the System Information screen - but these seem to be too large (about 5MB each) to attach to this post. I can send, or attach if someone knows how to reduce their size

Any help very much appreciated!
Thanks.

Are you sure the OS Type in the BIOS is set to 'Windows UEFI' and not 'Other OS'.?

UBUYSA - yes I believe so. Unless I am missing something, it is UEFI.
No, I mean the entry labelled OS Type. It takes two values 'Other OS' or 'Windows UEFI'. It must be set to the latter for Secure Boot to be available.

Re OS Type - I don't see that entry, in BIOS or in the System Info output screen? Where should it be?
I do see OS Name in the latter (Microsoft Windows Home) but that is not what you mean, I am sure.

Post a photo of every BIOS setup screen, with every option expanded (if you can). There shouldn't be that many screens.

Thanks all of you. I'm posting screenshots of each BIOS setup screen including the 'boot' ones.

In Windows could you please enter the command msinfo32 into the Run command box and post a screenshot of the output. :)

Hi UBUYSA
Please see attached.
Yep that also confirms it's unsupported and there's nothing in the BIOS that will let you turn it on.

If Secure Boot is important to you I would return it for a refund, but if its not important than its no big deal really. Other than you'll never be able to run Windows 11.

ok thank you UBUYSA. I will reach out to support directly, and confirm. I will be seeking a refund as running Win11 is important to me, not least from a work point of view, and it was one of the main reasons for me upgrading tp a new box.

I appreciate your help.

Peter.
