Security software issue

I have Bitdefender Internet Security. I used Safepay last week for payment using the virtual keyboard and everything was fine. A couple of days later I wanted to make another payment, I logged in to the site through Safepay and it gave me the option of using the virtual keyboard, when I was in the payment area the virtual keyboard did not display, I was also not able to use my keyboard either. Friday I reinstalled the software with the same response. Saturday I uninstalled then reinstalled the software and again got the same response. Yesterday I went into the payment area through Safepay and found I was able to use my keyboard, though the virtual keyboard did not display. I tried again this morning and got the same response as yesterday. I am reluctant to follow through with payment at the moment due to hack concerns. We have had a history of being hacked in years gone by so it does make me wonder. Though security is a lot better than what it was.

I made contact with Bitdefender over the weekend and he said I will send you an email with a diagnostic tool that will gather some information from your computer, to attach the required logs, our engineers will analyse the data collected and contact you with a resolution etc. I received an email though no attachment. Being a private person this is something that does not appeal to me, so it is something I shall not be following through with.

Why is it one day I was able to make payment using the virtual keyboard and a couple of days later I am not? I could make payment without Safepay though am reluctant.

I doubt that anyone on here will have much idea. This seems to be a BitDefender issue.

Is this a PC Specialist build?
