Seeking advice 15.6 gaming laptop

Hey all,
I'm looking to build a heavy-duty work(VM)/gaming laptop, that is why I prefer to stay with15.6 inches.
my max budget is 1500.
I would appreciate advice/opinion on what should I change to get the most for what I pay for(AMD vs Intel?).

I would also like to understand if the Pixel warranty is worth getting?

This is not too bad for a laptop.
I'd take the gold warranty and the 1year pixel waranty though
I was wondering if you can go a little bit higher for your budget to go for an amd laptop (the destian, for 1700ish euros with a better ssd and good cpu ^^)

About the pixel warranty, it's to protect yourself about the potentiel dead pixel or screen problem (if i'm not wrong) that may happen during the first month (or year) of use

I know you said your max budget was £1500 but if you could find an extra £65 I think this would be a much better option in terms of performance for your money.

That is a full fat AMD desktop CPU with a 3070 instead of the 3060.

I have also changed your ssd config so that you have a drive dedicated to your OS and then a larger one for your data and applications.

Finally I have added better Thermal Paste and the silver warranty plus 1 year pixel guarantee.
