So far I am very happy with my new laptop

New laptop arrived without any delays..upgrading ram after purchasing without any problems.
Quick respond to emails from PC specialist..10/10 .. so far :)

Very glad you're happy! What was the order to delivery time out of interest?

Nice to see it on a decent cooling pad too. :)
 
The delivery was Next working day as promissed..I paid bit extra for delivery before 2pm and got laptop around 1pm..Very happy with service so far..Even upgraded ram that i bough arrived without delays. That is the service i was expecting! :)

The question was more how long from the time you ordered to actual delivery, if you don't mind. I am curious as i have been waiting 8 days so far for my laptop order.

Ive just noticed that my right enter has the backlight not working properly..looks like one of led..doesnt work..ive sent message in the morning but no reply...any help pls?
That rather sounds like a hardware problem so I'm afraid contacting PCS is the best option. I'm hearing that live chat seems to be the most responsive way at the moment.
