That’s what the forum is for.

What are you trying to achieve? Is there any reason you’re going for air over an AIO? You’ll get throttling with an air cooler on that chip.

That was true of the early AIO's about 15 years ago, leaks are extremely rare these days.

Even if they were to leak (which almost never happens), it's not conductive coolant so won't do any damage to an components. You just swap it out just like you would an air cooler. They're also a lot easier to fit.

For the 5800x you want the H115i Cappelix really.

You really want a 280mm rad on the 5800x, it runs extremely hot.

Yes, you need a 280mm Rad.

It comes assembled. I just bought and received a few weeks back, still enjoying days and nights together my private gaming session, absolutely love it. The only thing to do when it comes in, need to remove from box, open the tower box, remove inside packaging which prevents the parts from moving during transportation, visually inspect if all looking in place, plug everything in to a power surge protector, read instruction or ask for help in forum if in doubt, and turn on, walk through settings, update Windows, instal GPU drivers and ready to use. Would take around an hour or so, but mainly depending on how experienced you're. But again, if anything in doubt, there are some absolute legends living in this forum and ready to help and explain pretty much in any life situation

My build I just bought is also 5800X, very nice and powerful CPU, I paired with Corsair H115i just Capellix, but these aren't much different from RGB Pro XT. So far I didn't have a chance to push a CPU to the limits see how AIO works on higher CPU temperatures but CPU being on a 60% workload having somewhere around 60-70 Celsius (actually, I didn't pay too much attention to it as long as I saw it running smoothly, quiet and not visually hot), I think, if I'm not mistaken, while PC fans are on slow motion and AIO fans and pump on balanced (these can be controlled through settings). I'm very pleased with Corsair AIO. They are good quality, I trust the brand, comfortably quiet, etc. Very good that you took 850W RMx PSU. I have the same, these are amazing. Deadly quiet and looks very solid build. I was also surprised PCS done a very nice job with cable management in the tower box. Everything looks neat and professionally built. Well, I know I'm no expert and this is just my still fresh thoughts and I only ordered from PCS once, but I mean, I'm not the one who easily get pleased as I'm mostly the grumpy one and keep looking what to complain about 🙂

so you used the capellix, not the pro xt and it works like a charm? that sounds good

would u recommend the 19 quid upgrade?

@Auburnt Vixen - I’d still like to see this video you mentioned about a fix for the high temperatures of the 5800X, I mentioned it on an earlier message but perhaps you didn’t see it? It’s really useful for us to be aware of things like these to see if it’s either really helpful info or (worst case scenario) absolute nonsense. Would appreciate it if you’d link that clip so we can take a look 🙂👍
