Hello,

I cannot scroll using the touchpad, with 2 fingers nor on the side with one finger : it is as if I was using only one finger.
I'm working with Ubuntu 20.04.2.
Do you have an idea ? Do I need to (re)install some drivers ?
Thank you,
Regards

Cannot offer a solution but I have found Ubuntu to be a bit problematic for six or so months. Am using Manjaro more and stuff like that which was not working with Ubuntu worked out the box with Manjaro.

Also had audio problems with Ubuntu and as generally happy with Manjaro mainly use that, just check back from time to time to see what Ubuntu is like after updates.

Is your touchpad recognised as a touchpad? i.e. what is the response to the xinput command?

If it's not recognised as a touchpad, have a look at my reply on this other thread: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/forums/threads/15-6-initia-amd-working-99.75939/post-552937

If it is recognised as a touchpad, what scrolling options do you have enabled? e.g. via Settings or Tweaks or using xinput set-prop...?

FWIW I have:
libinput Scroll Methods Available (318): 1, 1, 0
libinput Scroll Method Enabled (319): 0, 1, 0

which is two-finger scrolling disabled, and edge-scrolling enabled.
