We recently had a couple of issues with our Sony all in one. The hard drive went wrong and was changed. The cd drive stopped reading discs but due to not being able to match the correct one and really needing the computer back we opted just to use an external cd drive. When everything was put back together the operating system was changed from windows 7 to windows 8. The games that used to get played on the computer mainly total war, battle for middle earth type older games and worked okay. Now the graphics are very slow and clumpy making the games almost unplayable.
I've tried various things like changing settings and using the compatibility settings for the game but none have got round the issues.
This is the main computer so not really needing a ripped gaming spec would just be good if we can get a few old favourites working.
