Sound Levels from of laptop/Desctop Fans

A big question on the forum seem to be how loud are the fans on laptop under full load. Would a decibel rating on laptops be something that could be added?

Obviously conditions vary depending on environments so i don't know how useful the information would be. It may just be a waste of time. Number of fans in desktop computers etc.

Just thought i would throw it out there.

It would be hard to tell all computers because they change in specification regularly. It would also mean a sound-proof room to offer a fair test, and lots of tests at different load levels.
