DPD (who do the deliveries for PCS) do deliver on Saturday mornings, but not bank holidays or sundays. However to get it delivered on a Saturday you need to pay the Saturday delivery charges (£19 I think), you can do this by picking it in the Delivery options on eeh configuration page.

If its just for gaming then 16GB of RAM is probably a tad overkill

For the games you've mentioned that spec is complete overkill, I'm pretty sure my machine (that is two years old) could easily play those games :)
Also if you are not planning on overclocking (certainly not required for those two games) you wont need water cooling.

I also wouldn't use a Caviar Green as the boot drive, they are very effiecient and they do power-savibng so don't work that well as boot drives, a Caviar Balck would be a much better idea.

So the main question here is are those the only two games you're going to be playing, or planning on playing some more graphics intensive games soon?

I'm not even sure 2 690s in SLI could max these games out, they're easily the most demanding out there. The level of power needed to accurately render the shadows around the horns of your cows in Farmville is simply outworldy. I'm not sure even NASA computers could max these out. However if you're happy to compromise and decide to play graphically less demanding games such as BF3 64 players on max settings, I'm sure it would be easier to help you out.

If you could post your budget and the other inferior games you'd be likely to revert to when your PC just gives up when faced with the prospect of displaying a Hawaiian Hogfish on your screen (Fishville) we'd be more than happy to help you out. In addition to what Rakk mentioned, you could consider an SSD as your boot drive. :p
