Spiced Cauliflour Soup Recipe

Had this for dinner last night (With some fresh bread...nothing fancy) and just thought i'd share it.
Didnt take pics of it because I didnt think to, but it was actually quite a good recipe.... although i'd half the amount of cinnamon in it to just a 1/4 tsp

I used to have a recipe for a really nice cauliflower & chickpea curry

The other half is a vegetarian, but tends to use a lot of quorn to replace meat in recipes.
Had a good sweet potato soup recipe somewhere but saw this one on twitter so thought we'd give it a go.

Soup was ok, the best bit was the roasted cauliflour in the spice mix...that came out lovely!
