Hi all, I spoke to PC Specialist about an issue with my three month old gaming pc. Problem was narrowed down to the memory being faulty. I offered to bring the machine in to get them replaced (I only live down the road) but was told I'd have to leave it there for 1-2 weeks. So have opted instead to have DPD deliver me new RAM sticks and I'd have to remove the old ones and fit them myself.
Trouble is I've not done anything like this for about 20 years. I've got the side case off and located the two RAM sticks but I can't pull them out. Everything online suggests there should be clips at the side but I can't see/feel them and I don't want to break anything trying to yank them out.
Any suggestions?
