So i have the build itself pinned down but now there are 2 cases i can't decide between, the Lian Li Lancool 2 (Which i have heard is one of the best out there) or the Coolermaster MB530...

Anyone have any thoughts?

in terms of performance i went with Ryzen 3600x paired with the GTX 1660 Super and a 16GB RAM 3200 mhz

I would opt for the Corsair option myself 465x.... or even the iCue.

Out of the above it would be the Lian Li for me. The masterbox is just plain fugly in real life (IMO of course).

iCue is more than fine for any build. I don't recommend cases that wouldn't house the highest end of components happily. iCue is my lowest recommendation now, but it performs admirably for even the highest of loads..... after that, it's basically aesthetics and premium options.... hence why I like the 465X.

Lian Li is a high end cooling case, I'm just not that much of a fan of the aesthetics. It has you more than covered for quality and airflow though, no worries at all.

Build looks pretty good, are you aiming for 1080p gaming?

The only thing I would push on would be an M2 drive over the old standard SATA, and I would look for 500GB over 250 as it's filled so fast nowadays.

Is the Ryzen 5 3600x with the RTX 2060 a good pairing for a monitor like

Acer Nitro VG271Pbmiipx 27 inch FHD Gaming Monitor - (IPS Panel, FreeSync, 144Hz (OC), 1ms, HDR 400, ZeroFrame, DP, HDMI, Black) (1080P)

OR

Acer ED273URPbidpx 27 inch WQHD Curved Monitor - (VA Panel, FreeSync, 144Hz, 4ms, ZeroFrame, DP, HDMI, DVI, Black) (1440P)

You wouldn't buy the 2060, you'd buy the 2060 Super, but it's a 1440p GPU.

You really don't want 1080p, it's a really poor experience by todays standards, should be minimum of 1440p 144Hz

For 1080p you'd have the GTX1660 Super, but again, you don't want 1080p.

Would i be able to get 1440p 144hz with just the RTX 2060? i have already stretched petty long considering i was initially going with 1660 Super, lets say i use the RTX 2060 for mostly 1080p but with the intention of going 1440p in the near future?

I want this build to last me a good 3 to 4 years before i even think about upgrading

No, you may be able to get 60fps at 1440p.

So just just 1080p with one of those monitors on this build of Ryzen 5 3600x with the RTX 2060 and the 16GB RAM

Will be good,

What’s the full build? There’s no point commenting on individual components as it’s of no bearing.
