Stuck in a boot loop for 25 hrs

Hey all,
Got a machine that is about 9 months old, used exclusively for Microsoft FlightSIM, yesterday during a flight or start of flight PC locked up and rebooted into incessant boot loop.

Ran full memory test from BIOS with no errors reported. All SSDs show healthy, but cannot get to Windows safemode to run further checks, any advice, current screen is weird after appearing to attempt to go to Repair mode

Any advice most welcome

Just wondering, what are you using for Anti Virus?

Very pleased it's backup, may be worth doing an SFC /scannow in admin powershell when you're into windows, just in case there's any database corruption, should repair issues.
