Sub order delays process?

I've order a new PC, it's still in the pre-production stage, I wonder if I add sub-order now, will it be moved back to back of the queue, or slightly delayed?

It shouldn't affect your position in the queue at all, unless what you ordered isn't in stock in which case you may have to wait til it comes in.
